Are there hidden charges?
No.
We have done our best to make our costs as transparent as possible. Our plans are all-inclusive as listed, but we do offer premium add-ons that have additional monthly costs, such as E-Commerce and Marketing services, as these services have monthly costs that are dictated by usage. If you would like an itemized recipt for services rendered please contact our Billing department at billing@blazonco.com. Provide them with your name, business, the transaction dates you are requesting and the best time of day to call you back.

Why I'm I being billing Monthly? What is this charge?
Blazonco is a subscription based service for web-hosting, email hosting, and domain hosting. Depending on the type of service that you have on your account your subscription amount will vary. For monthly web-hosting we offer two payment dates on the 1st of each month or the 15th of each  month. If you would like to change your payment date please contact billing@blazonco.com

My website is not live but I have a monthly charge? What is this charge?
Blazonco is a subscription based service for web-hosting, email hosting, and domain hosting. The monthly hosting for subscription begins as soon as 30 days after sign-up. The monthly hosting is not tied to a deliverable, but rather marks your account as active and assinged to a Project Manager. As each website is custom and requires different assets from the client this time frame varies. If you have a deadline or desired time-frame to get your website live please let your Project Manager know. Depending on the type of service that you have on your account your subscription amount will vary. Am I stuck in a contract or can I cancel at anytime?
No and Yes.
You are free to cancel at anytime by contacting support. Customer may cancel Services upon thirty (30) days written notice prior to their next billing cycle to billing@blazonco.com. If you've entered into a six-month or twelve-month contract and choose to terminate or cancel your service before your contract ends, you will be charged an early termination fee of $350.00. We will keep a backup copy of your site in case you ever decide to return. If you have purchased a domain through us there is a $20 charge to transfer the domain.

Can I reactivate my Blazonco website once I have cancelled?
Yes.
At the time of cancellation we make a backup of your site in case you ever decide to return. Your monthly hosting fees will need to be resumed. If you have any outstanding balances on your account those will need to be paid before services can be reinstanted. To reactivate your Blazonco website contact billing@blazonco.com.

How do I update my Credit Card information on my account? Do I login somewhere?
No.
At this time we have secure profiles for our clients to update their own credit card information. If you account declines you will automatically be sent an "update billing" link. If you would like to update your credit card information and your account has not declined just email our Billing Department at billing@blazonco.com. Provide them with your name, business, and they will email you your secure billing link.

How do we know Blazonco won't just close up shop one day?
Blazonco was founded by Pinacol, Inc., a website development company that has been in business since 1998.
