Can I sell products on my website?
Yes. Blazonco offers the option of Ecommerce integration on to your custom website. We offer Ecommerce integration with products and a shopping cart. We offer two different payment gateway options:
Option 1: Customers have the ability to use major credit cards and check-out on the site. We partner with Authorize.net and Total-Apps . If you are using Authorize.net our platform is configured only with Authorize.net Advanced Integration Method (AIM). We are unable to configure with other integration methods at this time.
Option 2: Customers fill out partial information on your website and are then are taken to PayPal to complete the purchase with their PayPal Account. Our system is currently configured with PayPal Express Check-Out only. Click here to view our current customers that use PayPal on their site.

Do my E-commerce clients need to have a PayPal account to purchase on my site?
Yes. Although PayPal does have versions that allow for guest check out, Blazonco currently only integrate with PayPal Express Checkout which does require a PayPal account to check out. You can accept all major credit cards through PayPal.*
Can I have both PayPal and accept all major credit cards on my site?
No. Yes, you can accept all major credit cards through PayPal, but we are unable to offer both our payment gateway options simultaneously on your site.*
Can I offer Subscriptions and/or Re-occuring billing on my website?
Yes. We can use PayPal buttons only to link to a subscription payment page. Unfortunetly at this time our shopping carts with Total-Apps and Authorize.net are not integrated with re-occuring billing so clients must pay though PayPal for a subscription service that offers option of re-occuring billing. PayPal securly stores the credit card information for further billing.*
Can I check my orders and communicate with my customers from the website?
Yes. You have the ability to login to your website back-end and view all orders, adjust their status and email customers directly from your website. Check out the tutorial on How to Check Orders.*
Can I offer International Shipping for my E-commerce customers?
Yes. International Shipping requires custom-programming to integrate into your site as well as configuration of your merchant account for international credit card purchases.*

Can I integrate and export my ecommerce information from my website with QuickBooks?
Yes and No. The Blazonco Content Management platform does not export to QuickBooks but all Payment Gateways that we configure with do configure with QuickBooks. This means that you can login to your Payment Gateway and export all the information to QuickBooks, or a similar management software.*
Why do I need a Payment Gateway?
Both a Payment Gateway and Merchant Account are required to securely capture and transmit credit card information. A Payment Gateway is the technology used to capture credit card information from the buyer and securly transmit it to the merchant account. The Payment Gateway technology interfaces with your shopping cart software (website) to seemlessly collect, encrypt, and transmit credit card information. This is equivilent to the point-of-sale credit card terminals found in almost every physical store. Our shopping cart integrates with Total-Apps, PayPal Express, Authorize.net.
Why do I need a Payment Processor?
Both a Payment Gateway and Merchant Account are required to securely capture and transmit credit card information. Often times the Processor/Payment Gateway perform the same task and can be done by the same company. For Blazonco E-Commerce websites our Payment Gateways also function as the Payment Processor.
Why do I need a Merchant Account?
Merchant Account is the bank that handles the actual processing of the payment and transfers the money from the customer's bank to yours. A merchant account is a type of bank account designed to facilitate this kind of transaction. Often you can just use your current bank and link it to your Payment Gateway. All the the Payment Gateways that the Blazonco shopping cart configures with, Total-Apps, PayPal Express, and Authorize.net will integrate directly with any United States Bank.
Which Payment Gateway is best for me?
Depending on the number/type of products you are selling as well as your business budget for E-Commerce Integration/Service there are several different options. To have an integrated shopping cart and products on your website is additional programming and can have associated costs.
